工作简历
徐飘荣，女，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，2009年获得东华理工大学学士学位，2012年获得湘潭大学硕士学位，2016年获得华南理工大学博士学位，2012年到2013年在广东好帮手电子科技股份有限公司任职电子工程师一年。曾获中南林业科技大学“优秀共产党员”、“优秀毕业设计指导老师”等荣誉称号。
学术及科研成果
近年来主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目（C类）、湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目、校青年项目、湖南省教改项目、教育部产学合作协同育人项目及校人才引进项目共6项。指导学生立项校“大学生创新创业训练计划项目”、“大学生科技创新项目”、“研究生科技创新基金项目”各1项。以第一或通讯作者在IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices、Displays、Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics、Eur. Phys. J. Appl. Phys.、物理学报等期刊上发表SCI学术论文多篇。科研方向为突触晶体管、光电器件和人工智能。指导学生参加学科竞赛获国家级、省级奖项多项。
